Stylish

I'm really trying to be more stylish. I started receiving Cookie magazine shortly after Peleh was born. It's the mom magazine for Manhattan-ites or at least those with the income credit card statements of the urban hip. I was looking at a website referenced in the magazine and found myself perusing the sale section of the women's clothing - always my first stop. I found a cute dress and it was on sale, maybe I can wear it to my brother's wedding in Poland. So I'm starting the Eva Dress Fund. Right now I only need $716. I'll have to see how this goes and then see about the Eva Accessories Fund.

Fast Feet

Peleh is really into dancing. He's not too coordinated but I guess that's what he's working on. He loves to dance and notices music everywhere. We had a groove session the other night and I'm about to edit Noah and myself out of the video. I hope you enjoy it!

Peleh and I are working hard on meeting people. We meet kids and parents at parks and in stores. Today we went to our first of five library hour for kids his age. It was pretty fun though I'm beginning to think that we might need to work on his focus.  I won't worry about it though. He had a good time watching the other kids and wandering around the room. He didn't sleep well last night because of a cold so it was an off day anyway.

Tomorrow we go to Kindermusik with kids his age and I'm really hoping to meet some of those moms too. We went to a trial session last week and I met two really nice women, one of whom should be there tomorrow too.

Other than that life goes on one nap, one sink of dirty dishes, one meal, one walk, one story at a time.

We’re back

We finally received a new power cord for the laptop and can now download and upload pictures. Sorry I haven't even written in the meantime.

So Greensburg is green and full of fun. My parents visited the weekend before Memorial Day weekend and we went to the Children's Museum in Pittsburgh.  We were able to catch the Greek festival which was pretty delicious. We also went to one of the parks I take Deseo and Peleh to. Not all local parks allow dogs so we've chosen some close by parks that do allow dogs.

Peleh and I have been doing some traveling. We went to Philadelphia a few weeks ago for the bridal shower for my soon to be sister in law, Aga. It was a fun trip. Too bad I didn't bring my camera.  Last weekend we drove to Maryland for a reunion of my cousins. Peleh got to play with a bunch of kids. It was a lot of fun. He learned to share a toy and jump on a trampoline.
